Good Friends

I had the chance to head up to The Children's Museum with my friend Elizabeth Minnick. Elizabeth and I lived in the same apartment complex when we both had our first babies, and we've been friends since. I dug up this old picture of us at the Zoo probably 10 years ago. In this pic, Haley and Spencer were about 1 year old.Here in this picture is Elizabeth and I with our kids now. Elizabeth with 4 of her 5 boys, and she's expecting her 1st girl!! YAY! I had such a fun time catching up with Elizabeth, and hope we have the chance to get together more often in the future.

FUN photo shoot!

ok, so My brother Tony needed a new picture to go on my parents wall, and my photog friend Jasen wanted a pic for his website, and well, I want to learn any way I can, so we saw a win win situation for all. Tony , Jasen and I headed to Old town Clovis and found some greats spots. Tony and Jasen had me in tears laughing the whole time. Sooo much fun. So, here are a few of the many great shots we got. These first two pictures I took and edited.

So I'm still trying to figure out why I keep going bowling with my brothers. I still suck! I think my high score last night was in the 70's. LOL! I always have a ton of fun, but I have yet to get better at bowling. Oh well!

Chris and I went to our FAVORITE party of the year tonight at the Greenlaws house. Huge thanks Kirsten and Corey for your GREAT parties! We had sooooo much fun! My brother Gabe took this cool picture of Chris and I before we left, and I came home and played with it in Photoshop. I'm having so much fun learning how to edit pictures.

Last weekend Chris and I did a babysitting swap with our friends the Masters, and Jasen emailed me these cute pics he took while they had the girls. Soooo darling! ok, so I got out of the shower this morning and put on my robe...a little bit later I was getting dressed, and Liv was in my room....she says to me... "mom, you're naked...EWWW!" On another occasion, Same situation, Haley said to me "mom, whats wrong with your tummy? Why does it look so funny?" hmmmm.......... Yeah I should have said to them.....Its alllllll y'allls fault! hahahah!! You've got to love the honesty of kids. :)

A date with my man

Chris and I went to Chris's work party tonight. I always enjoy having a date with Chris. The party was a great boozer where we were pretty much the only sober ones...yeah somehow everything the drunk people are laughing at isn't really that funny LOL. Chris and I did have fun socializing with his co workers, but mostly it was just nice to go out together and enjoy each others company. I'm grateful for a husband who shows me and tells me often that he loves me.

The Rainbow Jacket

I just wanted to show a cute picture of Olivia in the famous rainbow jacket. I bought this jacket years ago for Haley when she was Olivia's age. Haley was my runner, and I saw this jacket and knew it was the one. I knew I'd be able to spot her right away if she ran away from me somewhere. Well, each of the girls have worn it for a few years, and it still looks great. I love when I can get a lot of use out of things. Olivia picked out this hat to go with the jacket. I think she looks absolutely adorable. I just love being a mom to three wonderful beautiful girlies!

Just me and my baby

Things have just been so busy lately, and today ended up being my only day off this week. I would normally go to an amazing scripture class tonight, but I just felt burnt out today. So, while Chris drove Haley and Morgan to Faith in God at the church, I stayed home with my baby. I had some great one on one time with Liv as I gave her a bath, shared some cookies with her, and then read to her before putting her to bed. I miss the days of being at home with babies. My girls just seem to be growing up way to fast. I'm glad I took the time to just be with my littlest girl tonight. I was reminded of how sweet my little baby is.
