Fun Photography Class :)

Nicole, Kresta, Myself, Krista (and a few others not pictured) took the first of four photography classes tonight. We had fun and learned a lot. I look forward to the next class.
This is Jasen and Jennifer Master. I met Jasen in spin class at the gym, and we quickly became friends. I had been looking for a class to learn more about photography, so when I found out Jasen was a photographer and that he was putting together a class, I was totally interested! Jasen is an amazing photographer, and also a great teacher. Chris and I booked Jasen for some family pictures coming up in September. I can't wait!

Yes, ANOTHER great cousin day! :)

Today, we took all the kids to The Fresno Temple and just walked around the grounds for a little bit and took some fun pictures. We tried to keep the kids reverent, but 11 kids only last so long. It was fun while it lasted, but it didn't last long. We soon packed up and headed to Chuck E Cheese for lunch.After the movie yesterday, Jen and I went to Limited Too real quick and found some cute matching outfits for Haley and Kelsey. They looked so cute wearing them today.

Chuck E Cheese is the perfect place to go and let the kids go wild. They had a blast and just played and played. You'd think that after all that, they would be tired, but NO! They still had plenty of energy! We took them swimming all afternoon. Shockingly, I didn't take any pictures of that today. :) I figured we've swam almost every day and I've posted tons of pictures of swimming already. After swimming we headed back to my house for dinner and more playing. We really do have a lot of fun when Jen comes. Were so glad she's here!

Lots of kids

Jen made a yummy pasta salad for dinner, and we all had ice cream for dessert. I just laugh at the site of all these kids around the table. My house is trashed, my voice is gone, my head hurts from all the noise, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love that my girls have the chance to grow up with their cousins, and that they have so many their ages. I LOVE my sisters, and we can hang out with each other all day and just have a blast.

Hair day :)

Last night the kids did some sleep overs. In general, Krista and I have a rule that we just don't do sleep overs with friends or anything, but on special occasions, we let the cousins. So, Kelsey came to my house, and Morgan and Dallin went to Krista's. I love doing hair, and I'm still having fun with new styles from the fun blog Kirsten sent me. Here's today's look. :)

Krista is totally the queen of hair to me. I copy more styles from her than anyone else. She did Morgans hair this morning. I love it!!

We took ALL the kids to the movie this morning. There are 12 cousins in town right now. Haley and Kelsey (who are 3 weeks apart and 10 years old) are the oldest of all 16 cousins. It is such a blast to have cousins to play with every day. We literally took up the ENTIRE row at the theater. How funny is that?!?!

Today we had another fun day swimming and hanging out. Tonight Dad and Nedra are doing a BBQ, and then Chris and I are heading to mutual. I wish Jen lived here and we could have this much fun all year round!

Fun Fun Fun with the cousins!!!

Everyone ended up at my house this morning. While I posted the last pics from the reunion, Jen made slime with the kids. It's soo cool, and the kids LOVE it.

We were laughing at the sight of all these kids piled around the table for lunch. We are constantly amazed that we have so many between the three of us.

After lunch and naps, we took all the kids to Carla Robinsons (Krista's good friend) house. She is so generous to let ALL of us swim anytime we want. We had so much fun just hanging out together. Carla brought out some otter pops for the kids and I was able to get this darling picture of all the kids wrapped around the pool. FUN!!!

The reunion

Here are the last of the pictures from the Reunion on the 12th. The kids had so much fun playing with their cousins and 2nd cousins. I had a blast catching up with all my Z aunts uncles an cousins. I'm so glad I was able to go!

There was this cool tire swing that the kids played on for a long long time. They loved it. My girls want one for the back yard now!

The Zambrana Reunion

I have TONS of pictures from our quick trip to LA, so I thought it would be easier to do some very simple pages and collage all the pics together. We left Friday morning and met Jen and Jason at Huntington Beach. We spent hours there. We were exhausted and full of sand so we got pizzas to go and checked into our hotels. On Saturday we met all the Z's at a park for our reunion. We left around 5 and got home around 9. We had so much fun! Jen will be in town for 2 weeks and my girls are soooo excited to hang out with their Utah cousins.

Z family here we come

Were off to LA to hit the beach and see all the Zambrana's at the annual family reunion. Chris and Paul are staying home to work so Krista and I are caravaning with dad and Nedra . Were meeting Jen and Jason there and then they will be in town for 2 weeks!! YAY!! Look for TONS of pictures when we get back.

BUGS!

This morning Olivia found a teeny tiny bug on the floor. Normally Liv is terrified of bugs and freaks out. This morning she ran and got her shoe and came back and squashed the bug. That's my girl. :)The girls wanted to eat outside this morning before it got sooo hot. Morgans face is funny. I told her to open her eyes, and this is what I got. Maybe next time I need to tell her to open her eyes and smile. :)

Free Movie day

I love having the Summers to hang out with my kids and just have fun. Today we went to the free movie again. The movie was a little lame but the kids enjoyed it and it was FREE. Can't beat that! My girls had seen a commercial for Burger King that showed Pokemon toys in their kids meals. My girls went nuts. Much to my dismay, my girls are way into Pokemon junk. I think its dumb. Anyway, I told them that I would take them there for lunch. It was a real treat for them to each get their own kids meal. I'm stingy, I usually just get them one drink and a big fry to share.

Haley decided she was too big to sit at the kiddie table so she parked herself at a "grown up" table. Hmmm. What's next? She's just growing up too fast on me.

These crowns crack me up. I love how Liv's was way to big. :)

Kirsten sent me a link to a fun blog with cute hairstyles to do on girlies. Thanks for thinking of me Kirsten! I've had a blast looking through it. I tried this one on Mo this morning. Even more fun

So if it wasn't enough already to be able to swim at Leslie's, Linda invited us over to swim at her house that evening. Linda and I are trouble together. We've been blessed to serve together for 2 years now. Don't let her innocent face deceive you. That woman can out party me any day!! I love Linda!!! And then of course we had to play DDR. My girls LOVE this game. I'm soo seriously considering getting one. They are so hilarious to watch!

Any of you that think I can't laugh at myself...Just check this out. I SUCK at DDR. I need lots of practice. Even though I'm so horrible, I love it. It's so fun!

Another great Summer day

We have so many great friends that invite us over to swim. Today Kirsten and I headed over to Leslie's AGAIN to swim. We have sooo much fun just chatting. The time goes by so fast. Leslie and Kirsten are two of my favorite friends, and I really enjoy them. Thanks again Leslie for your generosity.Leslie always does something for lunch. Kirsten and I keep trying to bring more or get her to just let us bring our own lunches, but she's just too generous.
