Olivia loves to color and draw. This picture is from this afternoon. I was looking at the picture admiring all the letters she put on there, and I noticed the sad face on the picture. I asked her what the picture said. Olivia said it was a picture of her and it said that she was sad she didn't get to play with Hannah and go to her party. Liv calls lots of things a party. Anyway, the background to the pic I think is that yesterday Hannah was supposed to come over, but ended up not being able to. Liv was sad yesterday and asked about it a few times throughout, and apparently thought about it again today. Olivia is totally my most social girl. She loves to play with friends and is just such a fun girl. I was also quite impressed with all the letters she wrote and even more impressed that she was trying to write a story there. Liv just turned 4 in May mind you. Liv has been able to write her name since she was about 3 1/2. I really didn't try to work with her, but in Sacrament meeting, she loved for me to write her name for her, and she would try to copy it. That just became a good way for me to keep her reverent, and ended up that she had the interest and the fine motor skills to do it. I think she is just one smart little cookie. I love that girl! :)
